The place is absolutely gorgeous and located in a beautiful building, the staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean and have air conditioning, we had a really enjoyable stay.

The room had air conditioning and provided essential amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and terry bathrobes, making it comfortable for guests; the private bathroom was lovely, and the location in the middle of Jackson was particularly convenient for me.

The hotel offers excellent shuttle service and hospitable staff who can assist you through Whatsapp. The rooftop restaurant and bars are gorgeous and impressive. Rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, air-conditioned, and with fantastic amenities such as a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to walk to the city.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to all my requests. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the rooftop bar with great cocktails. I appreciated the shuttle service offered by the hotel and the clean rooms with all necessary amenities.

The hotel's luxurious interiors and attention to small details were impressive. the room service was excellent and done twice a day. the location was perfect, being far from the noisy areas yet still walkable and easily accessible via the shuttle service. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the fact that they were available to communicate with us on WhatsApp for all our needs.

The pool area only had four loungers which were mostly in the shade, so we couldn't sunbathe. there were too many bars on the rooftop instead of providing loungers and a more relaxing area.

The hotel is a luxurious and beautiful venue located in the heart of the city. The staff provided exceptional service, catering to all our needs and making us feel welcomed. The outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, was a great way to relax and enjoy the garden area. The massage and beauty treatments were exclusive and fulfilled all our needs. We had a full body massage followed by a facial, which rejuvenated us. The poolside snack bar offered delicious bites, and the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the exquisite outdoor dining area for dinner, which had an abundance of special diet menus to choose from.

Our only minor issue was that the rooms needed better cleaning. There were a few hairs on the bedsheets, and the shower had some mould in it.

The hotel location was perfect to explore the area. The room service was especially great, they were very attentive and made sure everything was just right. The rooftop bar is really something special! They even provide a complimentary drink every night. The shuttle service offered a convenient way to get around easily. it was a great experience.
